The complete set of food products are subject to quality control by food engineers prior to delivery while the supply chain undergoes periodic tests at certain points. Kitchen design and equipments in use are the outcome of latest technology, where all rules of hygiene are carefully practiced in strict detail. Küçük Ev guarantees the integrity and continuity of the unique flavor by means of distributing the unsurpassed dishes prepared in its special kitchen, among all links of its restaurant chain.

FRESH FRUIT, FRESH VEGETABLES

All raw food materials entering our kitchen are supplied on daily basis and are used for the dishes following the initial control and after being rinsed under high hygiene standards. No delivery in bags or crates is permitted and even the smallest actions that would spoil the quality standard are strictly forbidden.

MODERN SLAUGHTERED NON-HORMONE MEAT

One of our highest priorities is the use of non-hormone, modern and hygienically slaughtered meat for our cuisine. All meat products we use are made of pure calves originating from the Balıkesir-Gönen region. The meats are stored under special conditions while hygiene rules are considered at maximum level during their processing for our dishes.
